Worried about what your mc will say at your wedding? Unsure of what you should include? No problem! I’ve written out a skeleton mc script for my mc that you can chop and change to your heart’s desire. I’ve left mine very open as I trust our mc but have just given him a few guidelines and what definitely not to say.
If you’re coming to our wedding, look away lest you see spoilers of the big day. Also, things can and will change so this might not be 100% what we go with and what we end up with.

Dinner will begin momentarily, so if you’d like to have a smoke, use the loo or get another drink from the bar, please do so now!
Ten minutes for people to find their seats, etc.
Good evening ladies and gentlemen, friends and loved ones. On behalf of (groom’s name) and his wife, (bride’s name), I would like to welcome you all and thank you all for gathering here today to celebrate their marriage. My name is blah blah blah and I will be your emcee for the evening. *talk about how you know the bride and groom*
So, without further ado, please stand and get ready to make some noise for (groom and bride’s name) as they make their grand entrance as husband and wife!!

Before getting started with the events, there are a few housekeeping notes I’d like to mention:
∙ The bathrooms are (wherever they will be) *points to bathroom*
∙ If I may ask that everyone kindly put their phone on silent as to not disrupt our speeches and special dances.
∙ Smokers are asked to smoke outside in the open and not under the tent.
∙ The cards and gifts table is located (wherever the hell it’s located)
